Muxbit S.A.S and its subsidiaries might collect information on the usage of the apps, games and websites we produce for parents and children. According to privacy legislation in several countries and territories this information might be considered personal data and in such case the gathering and usage is subject to certain rules. Unity technologies makes the software engine for some of our Games. It collects analytical information to better understand your use of our Games and to improve them for you. Unity does not share any personal information with other third parties. Unity will use the collected information only in anonymized form for their own products. The information collected by us is used solely to improve our service and we do not provide this information to any third party, unless in order to comply with a legal obligation to do so (e.g. court order) or in case the ownership of the information changes due to a merger, acquisition or restructuring involving Muxbit. Next to the information collected with help of third-parties, most of our apps also note your IP address and use this to determine the country the device is located. The IP address is not stored on our systems, but we keep track of the country our app is functioning in. This information cannot be connected to a unique device and is never shared with third parties.
Our Websites are intended for use by parents and adults and use Google Analytics (third party scripts) that collect the following information and might (also) store such information as a cookie on the device you use to access our webpage: Demographics (browser language, country, city); System information (browser, OS, service provider); Mobile (OS, service provider, screen resolution); Acquisition channel (source from where user clicked, most of it is not revealed by Google); Site behaviour (which pages users visit, duration of visit); and Remarketing list (remembers user visit via cookie for future advertising). In order for you to use any of our Websites you should agree with the placement of the specific cookies and their use.
Information that is collected on our Websites by scripts from Google will also be available to Google. Muxbit has no control over the collection or usage of this information by Google and does not accept any liability for the same. We use the information collected through our Websites for getting a better understanding of the use of our Websites and the preferences of our visitors. When you download and use our mobile applications, or surf our Websites, we don’t require you to provide any information and we don’t collect any personal information, except general information like unique device identifiers, or cookies (as specified above) to anonymously identify your computer or device so we can deliver a better experience. We do not share such information with third parties. We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can remove the information.
We provide a free, optional newsletter that you can elect to receive by submitting a request on our parent and adult directed Websites. In order to provide you with the newsletter, we require you to provide your email address. We use the email address only to provide you with the newsletter and for no other purpose. And you can opt out of receiving the newsletters at any time.

Subject to these Terms, Muxbit S.A.S grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the apps, games and websites for your personal, non-commercial use on authorized devices, unless otherwise specified. These may not be copied, resold, or sublicensed. These Terms apply to all versions and updates, including, without limitation, free and paid versions. You may not: (a) modify, translate, reverse-engineer, reverse-compile or decompile, disassemble, create derivative works of, or use data gathering or extraction tools in connection; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit them, in whole or in part, for any purpose without Muxbit's express written consent; (c) frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information without the express written consent of the respective owner; (d) engage in any conduct in connection with the apps or websites that may be considered illegal or that will infringe the intellectual property. The specifics of the apps, games and websites may include measures to control access (including age controls), prevent unauthorized copies, or otherwise attempt to prevent anyone from exceeding the limited rights and licenses granted under these Terms. You may not take any action to circumvent or defeat such security features. If you disable or otherwise tamper with the technical protection measures, your license shall be considered automatically revoked.
By using Muxbit’s apps, games and websites, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the age of majority where you live) or that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or guardian and he or she assents to these Terms on your behalf and takes full responsibility for your compliance with them. If you are under the age of 13, you must have permission from your parent or guardian in order to use the apps, games and websites. The apps, games and websites may include opportunities to participate in blogs, message boards, online forums and other functions that provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, or distribute to the world links, writings, photos, graphics, or other material. All Forum Content posted by you to any Forum shall be your sole responsibility. The Forums shall be used only in a noncommercial manner. Muxbit has the right, but not the responsibility, to monitor or remove Forum Content that Muxbit believes to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise violates these Terms, without liability to you. Muxbit in its sole discretion, reserves the right to restrict or disable your use of the Forums. By submitting Forum Content you warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit the Forum Content without any restrictions of any kind, and grant to Muxbit a fully paid, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, unconditional, perpetual, right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publically display and perform, make derivatives works of, sublicense, and distribute all such Forum Content in all media now known or later developed, and/or to incorporate such materials in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. Any opinions, advice, statements, apps and websites, offers or other information or content expressed or made available by third-parties in the Forums, are those of the respective authors and not of Muxbit or its affiliates, and Muxbit is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of same. Muxbit makes no representations or warranties regarding the Forums.
All the ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights of the Muxbit’s content are protected by the copyright laws of Colombia and other jurisdictions around the world via international copyright treaties. The names, logos, characters, music, design, voices, and other sounds, graphics, icons, and service names associated with the Muxbit Content are trademarks, registered trademarks or trade dress of Muxbit or its licensors. You may not use, copy, transmit, modify, distribute, or create any derivative works from the Apps, games and websites or the Muxbit Content without prior written consent from Muxbit.
Muxbit makes no representation, warranty, and/or guarantee of the suitability of the apps, games and websites for your purposes, or that the use of the same will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or function properly in combination with any third-party technology, hardware, software, systems or data. The apps, games and websitesare provided "as is" and your use of the muxbit apps, games and websites is at your sole risk. Muxbit will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the apps, games and websites, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. You further acknowledge that Muxbit is not liable, and you agree not to hold Muxbit liable, for the conduct of third-parties, including other users of the apps, games and websites and other third-party sites, and that the risk of using or accessing them and of injury from the foregoing, rests entirely with you.
These Terms will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term hereof. You and Muxbit have the right to terminate or cancel your account, at any time for any reason and without notice. Upon termination you shall immediately discontinue use of the Apps, games and websites.
If you provide Muxbit with feedback, suggestions or other ideas, you agree that Muxbit is free to use any feedback provided by you for any purpose (without compensation to you), including, without limitation, improving its products and apps, games and websites and creating derivative products.
We reserve the right to: modify and/or change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the apps, games and websites following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions you must immediately stop using the apps, games and websites and must not access them.
